My stay at Boutique City Center 2 in Bogotá was quite pleasant overall. The cozy and stylish atmosphere made me feel right at home, though I did encounter a couple of minor issues with the service. The delicious homemade Belgian waffles at breakfast were a highlight for me, adding a sweet touch to my mornings.
